I’ve always had this romantic image in my head of a well dressed woman in a full skirt reading on the train. There’s something so interesting and so alluring to me about this mix of style, class, and intelligence. This is the kind of outfit that I imagine that woman would wear. The full skirt is retro and elegant but the crop top and studded heels add some edge to it. I added my favorite Lolita book clutch (seen here) to enhance the literary feeling.
